Special Item Request lets you add an item from another seller to your gift box — simple and stress-free.

How it works:

1- Place your Special Item Request order to confirm the service.

2- We share our delivery address.

3- You place the order through the seller's website.

4- We receive the item and add it to your gift box.

Good to know:

- Handling fees are based on the selected item size.

- If the selected size doesn’t match the item, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

- This service is available for items ordered from sellers that deliver within Amman.

- Customization isn’t included, but may be available for an extra fee depending on the item. Some items can’t be customized.

- Gift box sold separately.

This item is only available as part of a gift box. You can choose a ready-made box or build your own gift box.

Follow these care instructions to keep your personalized items looking beautiful for as long as possible.

Our designs are created using premium permanent vinyl. With proper care, they will remain vibrant and long-lasting.

The Gifts Maker Care Instructions: (In Arabic / بالعربي)

	Hand wash gently after 48 hours. Avoid strong water pressure directly on the print.
	No harsh chemicals or alcohol-based cleaners.
	Do not scrub or apply excessive rubbing or friction on the personalized area.
	Keep away from extreme heat, hot surfaces, and prolonged exposure to hot weather conditions.
	Do not leave items inside parked cars or enclosed spaces under direct sunlight.
	Do not place personalized items in the dishwasher.
	Do not place personalized items in the microwave.
	Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
	Cold wash recommended for fabric items.
	Turn fabric items inside out before washing.
	Air-dry recommended. If using a dryer, choose low heat.
	Do not iron directly on personalized prints.
