How many items can I add to my box?
Most boxes fit 2–8 items; larger boxes are available for bigger bundles.
How do I add names or messages?
Select an item → choose “Personalize” → add name/initials/date or a short message in the field provided.
How long does it take to prepare my box?
Typically 1–2 business days for personalized items, plus delivery time depending on the location. Same-day options may be available in Amman (if order placed before 1 pm).
Can I add a custom card?
Yes—add a free gift note when choosing the box, or choose a premium greeting card design for longer notes.
Can I edit my order after placing it?
We can edit orders that haven’t entered production. Contact us ASAP with your order number.
