How many items can I add to my box?

Most boxes fit 2–8 items; larger boxes are available for bigger bundles.

How do I add names or messages?

Select an item → choose “Personalize” → add name/initials/date or a short message in the field provided.

How long does it take to prepare my box?

Typically 1–2 business days for personalized items, plus delivery time depending on the location. Same-day options may be available in Amman (if order placed before 12 pm).

Can I add a custom card?

Yes—add a free gift note when choosing the box, or choose a premium greeting card design for longer notes.

Can I edit my order after placing it?

We can edit orders that haven’t entered production. Contact us ASAP with your order number.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Do you deliver outside Amman?

Yes, we deliver across Jordan. Delivery time and cost vary by location.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently no—we focus on Jordan for fast, reliable delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Money Transfer (International) and Cliq Payment (Jordan). Card payments (Visa/Mastercard) are coming soon.
