Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.

Some products may be customized, personalized, or carefully curated according to the nature of the gift selected. Once preparation of a customized or personalized order has begun, changes may not be possible.

We make every effort to ensure that the products displayed on our website are available. However, availability may change without notice.
If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we may contact you using the contact information provided with your order.
Where appropriate, we may offer a substitute product of similar quality and value. Any substitution will be subject to your approval where required.
If an unavailable item cannot be replaced or an acceptable alternative cannot be provided, we may remove that item from the order or cancel the affected order, as applicable, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us.
We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same customer account, payment method, billing information, shipping address, or other identifying information.
If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number provided when the order was placed.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases made through our store and to promptly update your information when necessary so that we can process your order and contact you when needed.
SECTION 8 - PAYMENT METHODS
We currently offer two payment methods through The Gifts Maker:
1. Payment via CliQ
CliQ payment is available to customers within Jordan.
When you select payment via CliQ, you will be provided with the payment details required to complete the transfer. Your order will be confirmed after the payment has been received and verified.
2. Direct Online Payment
We offer direct online payment through our online payment gateway.
The gateway allows customers to pay using bank cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
This payment method is available to customers inside and outside Jordan who wish to send an order to an address within Jordan.
Your order will be confirmed after successful payment and verification.
SECTION 9 - ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
If you wish to change or remove an item from your order before the order has been processed or preparation has begun, we may be able to accommodate your request at our discretion and depending on the status of the order.
If a change reduces the total value of your order, the difference will be issued as The Gifts Maker Store Credit.
If a change increases the total value of your order, the additional amount must be paid before we begin preparing the order.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing the order. If the cancellation is approved and the order has not yet been processed or prepared, the eligible amount will be issued as The Gifts Maker Store Credit.
Cancellation or changes may not be possible once the order has been processed, preparation has begun, or the order has entered the delivery process.

SECTION 10 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.
Standard orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Same-day delivery is available within Amman for eligible orders, subject to availability and delivery capacity. Same-day delivery requests must meet the requirements stated in our Shipping Policy, including the applicable order cut-off time.
Delivery is currently available within Jordan only.
Customers outside Jordan may use the available international online payment option to purchase gifts for delivery to an address within Jordan.

SECTION 11 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools or services over which we do not have control or monitoring capabilities.

Your use of such tools is at your own discretion and risk.
