2. We review your request
We’ll assess your idea and check what can realistically be sourced from the Jordanian market.

3. Receive your options & quote
Usually within 48 hours, we’ll send you the available sourcing option(s), item details, and applicable handling fee.

4. Choose your option
If the exact items aren't available, we'll suggest realistic alternatives based on your original idea. You can choose whether you'd like to proceed.

5. We make it happen
Once you approve the quote and complete the payment, we’ll take care of the rest — from sourcing the items to personalizing them (where applicable), completing the gift, and arranging delivery.

• The service fee is 15 JOD, covering the review of your idea, assessing sourcing feasibility, and sending you a quote.

• The service fee is non-refundable, whether or not you decide to proceed after receiving the quote.

• Handling fees may apply depending on the size of the requested item and will be clearly outlined in the quote.

• We can purchase items priced up to 30 JOD for you. For items over 30 JOD, you will purchase the item directly from the seller’s online store and have it delivered to The Gifts Maker. We’ll provide our delivery address after you approve the quote and complete the payment.

• We source from the Jordanian market only, from sellers that deliver within Amman. Imported items and items shipped from outside Jordan are not offered.

• Your gift will be presented using one of The Gifts Maker’s available packaging options. Custom box shapes or containers are not available.

• Personalization is available where applicable. We’ll let you know what personalization options are possible for the requested item and include any additional personalization cost in your quote.

• Please submit your request at least 4 days before your preferred delivery date.

• The delivery date will be confirmed once the item arrives at The Gifts Maker.

• If your item arrives after your preferred delivery date, we’ll contact you to arrange a new delivery date.

• Same-day delivery is not available for these requests.

• We inspect the item when it arrives before adding it to your gift.

• Any damage, delays, warranty issues, or returns related to the item purchased by you are handled directly between you and the seller.
