Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that orders requiring customization or special preparation may require additional processing time. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing and delivery may be delayed by a few additional days.
If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available within Amman for eligible orders, subject to availability and delivery capacity.
To qualify for same-day delivery:
- The order must be placed before 1:00 PM (Jordan time) on the requested delivery date.
- Same-day delivery must be available and selected at checkout.
- The delivery address must be within the areas covered by our same-day delivery service.
- The requested products must be available and ready for same-day preparation and delivery.
- Customized or personalized orders may not qualify for same-day delivery if additional preparation time is required.
- Same-day delivery is subject to delivery capacity and availability on the selected date.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed according to our standard delivery schedule.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Same-day delivery is subject to the requirements and availability described above.
Shipment Confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer shipping outside Jordan.
International customers may be able to place orders through our available international payment options; however, delivery is currently limited to addresses within Jordan.
